Have a rejection for 92523. They have paid the 31579, G9171 & G9172. Have tried the GN modifier as the insurance instructed us, and still being rejecting.
Any help would be appreciated!
 
I'm not too familiar with this, but I thought the G codes required severity modifiers as well as a GN (in addition to adding the GN to 92523).
