Hi all, Does anyone have any historical data of what the 90849 code pays for from major payers for Out of Network facility?

Also is this code to be billed with V61.20 DX as primary (due to family group sessions) and Behavioral Health DX as secondary? (i.e. F10.20, F11.20)

I have a Substance Abuse facility that has been providing this service and they would like to know if we can bill for and get paid for by major payers?

Any help is appreciated.
