Jojof,

Both are used for NIPT; however, 81407 is a MAAA and is unique to a single clinical laboratory. 81507 is listed in Appendix O of the 2016 AMA CPT book. According to this appendix, this was created for Harmony Prenatal Test, Ariosa Diagnostics.
