I have not had a problem with billing these codes together until December 2018.
I do an AM and PM treatment for 77771 and it is marked in block 19 with the date range but now medicare is wanting a modifier for the 77427.
Is anyone else having this problem?
 
I have been receiving denials for 77771 and 77280 from Anthem. Do you know if line 19 needs to have the date range for these codes? Our facility does not have this built as of right now. Should I suggest that this be done?
