I'm looking of some clarification. Our office has different opinions on how to count the 7 days between an Office Visit prior to a telephone call (99442). Is it Office Visit followed by Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and Telephone call (99442 on Day 8) or Office visit followed by Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and Telephone call (99442 on Day 7 which would not be an Office Visit))?
