64721 (LT/59) - paid
20550 (51/F4) - paid...this was performed on the right hand.
J1100 - denied

CCI edit is bundling 64718 to 24305 but a modifier is allowed.

Medicare is denying 64718 for not being paid separate. Can anyone help me in determing why? Do you have a resource I can refer to?
