OUR PROVIDER DID A VENTRIC 61210 AND REMOVED AND REPLACED IT TWICE IN ONE DAY, THAT IS ONLY BILLABLE 1 TIME CORRECT?

If you are billing for the surgeon's charges, then the MUE units for this procedure is 1 unit per DOS according the MUE files for professional services.
