Can these be billed together and if so what modifier is required? 57456 / 57505

CCI edits are available on many products, and for free on the Medicare website https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Coding/NationalCorrectCodInitEd
57456 & 57505 are column 2 (never billable together) CCI edits, and if you read their description, it will become clear why
57456 Colposcopy of the cervix including upper/adjacent vagina; with endocervical curettage
57505 Endocervical curettage (not done as part of a dilation and curettage)
You would not be able to bill the same curettage twice.
