Ureteroscope was advanced along Glidewire into the distal left ureter. The stone was visualized and entrapped with a 0 tip nitonol basket however it was too large to pull out of the ureteral orifice therefore the basket was removed leaving the stone within the distal left ureter.

Would I code this as 52352, 52352.52, or just 52351?

Ureteral stent was also placed so I will code 52332.59.
 
I think either options works. Personally my response would probably change depending on the day.

To keep it clean.
52351.LT
52332.51.LT (no 59 needed)

or

52352.52.LT- too large to pull out of the ureteral orifice therefore the basket was removed
52332.51.LT
