My provider did a Trans urethral ablation of posterior urethral valves. I was unable to find a code for this exact procedure. The code that comes close to this procedure I think is CPT code 52214.

Any thoughts?

Look at 52400, Cystourethroscopy with incision, fulguration, or resection of congentital posteriror urethral valves, or congenital obstructive hypertrophic mucosal folds.
