Hi All: Need some advice: When can you bill A4315 and A4312? If pt falls within global days of surgery, can you bill either one of those codes? Also in same scenario, can you bill the 51701 code with in the global day period and can you bill 99211 along with 51701? Thank you!
 
I am also wondering about the 51701 being done during the global period of a sling operation. We have never billed out for the supplies so I don't know about that either but I did find this on Coder..

Bill local carrier if incident to a Physician's service (not separately payable) or if supply for implanted prosthetic device or implanted DME. If other, bill DME/MAC.

You may already have that information. I do not have a HCPCS book so I am not sure what discriptors/instructions it gives to billing.

If you find anything out about the 51701 I would love to know.
