can 43235 and43458 be coded together or is it bundling? do I need a 51 modifier. Per Mckesson they can and I don't need one but coworker is telling me they can't be. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Look at code 43249 as this may be what you coworker is referring to. Without seeing the op note it's hard to tell, but 43249 may be appropriate.
