Wiki 43235 and 43458

can 43235 and43458 be coded together or is it bundling? do I need a 51 modifier. Per Mckesson they can and I don't need one but coworker is telling me they can't be. Any help would be appreciated.

43235 is not included in 43458, so they can be billed together if the documentation supports it.

Look at code 43249 as this may be what you coworker is referring to. Without seeing the op note it's hard to tell, but 43249 may be appropriate.
