MD excises a ranula and removes a portion of sublingual gland.
Mucosa is kept open over sublingual gland in order to prevent recurrent mucocele formation. Is this a marsupialization of ranula? (pouch creation)
Are there any CPT codes to bill other than 42408? (41108 or 42405 or 42409)
