If my notes says the interphalangeal joint of the right hallux was subsequently identified and incised utilizing 15 blade. Upon incision of the IPJ joint the dorsal medial base of the distal phalanx noted to crumble and being necrotic in nature. The distal phalanx of the right hallux was then subsequently removed in total throught the IPJ joint.

would this be a 28825 or a 2882 I am confused
