27822 and 27846 can be billed together? I have read in several forums that dislocation cannot be billed together with the fracture. The operation. 1. Open Treatment and Internal Fixation of Right Trimalleolar fracture (27822) 2. Open reduction of Tibio-Talar Dislocation. (27846) Not for medicare. Deny 27846 as included.
