The patient opted for a bone substitute (HydroSet) instead of an iliac autogenous bone graft. Since the autogenous portion of the procedure was not performed, per patient's request, should the procedure be coded as 27472-52; what percentage of the surgery accounts for obtaining the autogenous graft? Thank you for any comments.
