Hi all,

I am working for a physician who is doing IVR procedures in a hospital.
Please clarify the following scenario
If he is perfoming insertion of nephrostomy catheter using US guidance,how shdould i code that

is it
50392,76942-26
or
50392-26 and 76942-26.

I got confused suddenly..
Please clarify

do not append Mod -26 with 50392.
code 50392,76942-26
