repaired 3 tendons in the same patient yesterday but the code is 25270. . He repaired the Ext Carpi radialis longus, brevis and pollicus longus.

What would be the correct way to code these procedures?
Would you code 25270 and then 25270/59 x2 or 25270 x3
Please advise.

This is not a code that comes in quantities so it should not be billed with units, I would do the 25270

So if I use 25270 and surgeon repaired 6 tendons, I would use 25270 6 different times with modifiers 59 and 51?
