If a radiofrequency ablation is done in the spine, humerus and femur at the same time, can 20982 x 3 be billed?
 
MUE lists it at 1 unit, Code description mentions tumor(s) so it includes 1 or more and the code isn't site specific so I think its 1 unit regardless of number of bones have a tumor.
