Wiki 2014 Crosswalk needed for CANPC exam

I am in need of a 2014 Crosswalk for the CANPC exam. I do not have an actual printed copy since I use the AAPC online tool. I have searched for a free download and I am not having any luck finding a complete one, does anyone know where I can find a copy to print out? I have already contacted AAPC directly asking if they have one available for the exam; since I have their online tool and was told no. Thank you!
 
Thank you for the reply, I have found many places to purchase the crosswalk. However I do not see the need to purchase something for hundreds of dollars that I only need 1 time to take an exam. I have the AAPC online version for work already.
 
Anesthesia Crosswalk

Did you try some of those book rental places on line for the colleges. i do Anesthesia Coding and love it. hope to take the test one day Good luck!!!
