What is everyone using for bilateral revision of reconstructed breast by means of lipo/fat grafting only? 19380 or 15771??

CPT Asst April 2020: 15771 (and 15772 if appropriate, depending on how many cc's were injected) "No additional breast reconstruction code should be reported if only fat-graft harvesting and injection are performed" on the reconstructed breast.
