I obviously need to take some courses on coding for these services, but please help if you can.

procedure: excision of Actinic Keratosis LT temple with local flap reconstruction(Limber flap)
Anesthesia: local

Procedure: Excision of lesion, 2x2 CM, hemostasis was obtained with suture ligatures of 6-0 vicryl. A Limberg flap was elevated and transposed to its new position. Wound was closed in two layers. closure was obtained.

This was coded as 15574, I want to use 14040?
