We are having problems getting the administration code paid (11980) the patient is bringing in their own Testopel pellets. Cigna is saying we can't bill just the admin they will not give a precert. for just the admin saying we must bill the drug. Because we can't get an auth/precert. they are denying and EOB states we can't bill the patient. Any suggestions?
