Hello,
I'm hoping to get some opinions/feedback. We have a debate going on in our office regarding CPT code 11765 and whether this should be done in the office or at the hospital. I have a couple providers who periodically perform this surgery in the office setting and two of my other providers say it should always be done in the operating room. I'm wondering what the consensus is on where this should be done and if anyone else has providers who perform this in the office? TIA!
