Can CPT 67810 be billed with excision of lesion codes such as 11442? Or can you only bill one or the other? Do these codes bundle? I have tried billing both and even added modifier 51 on the second one and still get denials.

I am unaware of what to do next to get this claim paid. I have seen where some append modifier 59 to second one for when lesions on separate eyelids are billed. However, for my claim the lesions were on the same eyelid.
