Is anyone else getting denials for post implant checks in the office? We use 0391T but are getting denials for POS.

Any help is much appreciated.

We are also getting denials for POS. it looks like all the documentation shows that this code can be billed as both hosp and office. I have attached the Q0, z00.6, and the NCT # t the claim. We are contacting Medtronic to see what they may suggest. I will responded again once I get a good answer. if anyone has anything please help. LOL
