hey guys!
I'll be using the appropriate csection cpt code with add on 58611 but for the tumor removal of the ovary would i still use 58925 (which seems to be the general guidance) despite this code being specifically for cyst? I will see to if they plan on preserving the ovary or not or if they are draining it. looks like if they drain it i should use 58822, but if they remove it completely and preserve ovary would i use that 58925 despite it being specific to cyst?

update he plans on removing the entire ovary
so do you think i should code it as csection code with 58611 and then separate oophorectomy code 58940
or cesection code with code 58720 (salpingo-oophorectomy)

I am not an expert, still learning. I would like to make a summary:
1. c-section delivery + fallopian tubes+ removal of one ovary.
Codes are: c-section delivery 59510-59515 + 58720 ( tubes and ovary) But i have seen suggestions in this forum to code add on 58611 for tubes, then you will need to add ovary 58940. At our practice, we use 58720.
