Hello just wondering anyone's opinion on this

Doctor says there was an excision of a pelvic mass, but there's no note of that in her op note but she did remove the utero ovarian ligament with one of the fallopian tubes (done lapro) and if when I query she says that where the mass and addends or even if that's not where it was can you charge anything separate for the ligament removal or is that inclusive to just 58661

It is included as it is the ligament that attaches the ovary to the uterus. Here is a great utube video of a BSO which will allow you to visualize the procedure.:

I've been doing this awhile, and that is one of the best (non-gory) videos I have seen to help explain this to new coders! I will absolutely be reviewing their other videos as well!
 
Yes, I have recommended it to many coders when I am training them. The animation videos really help to see clearly what's being done.
