Wiki Vaginal Delivery Before 20 wks

Patient had a vaginal delivery after PPROM at 19wks 5days, delivered a viable infant, did not require surgical intervention, placenta was delivered spontaneously. I think CPT code should be 59812, however the description throws me off since it says completed surgically.
ICD-10 would be O60.12x1, Z37.0 & O42.012
