Can you bill a catheter separately from a HSG (58340) and if so what CPT code is being used for the catheter?

58340 is the catheterization/instillation of contrast material. Not sure I understand what you're asking - you mean as a supply?

Yes, the catheter as a supply. I can't find anything if we can bill the catheter used separately from the HSG.

No, it is required to do the procedure so would be included under the practice expense portion of the relative value.
