Medicare Offers VBP Learning Session
The Jan. 1, 2023 start date for the nationwide Home Health Value-Based Purchasing payment system will be here faster than you think. It’s time to start preparing in earnest. You can begin with a Feb. 10 webinar from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, “HHVBP Model Expansion 101.” The event hosted by the HHVBP Technical Assistance Team “will focus on an overview of the expanded HHVBP Model,” CMS explains. “Content will include topics such as participation criteria, cohort assignment, payment adjustment methodology, applicable quality measures, and performance feedback reports.” The event will conclude with a live Q&A session during which CMS and the TA team will answer participant questions, the agency adds.
