RCD Results Letters Go Electronic

Don’t watch the snail mailbox for your Review Choice Demonstration results. “Providers will be receiving RCD Cycle Results eLetters electronically via eServices,” RCD contractor Palmetto GBA says in a May 7 website post. “All providers will be automatically enrolled in this service.” During the transition, some HHAs will be seeing double. Ohio providers received their April 30 letters both electronically and in hard copy, Palmetto says. Illinois providers will get eLetters with their Cycle 1 results within the month, but they’ll just be a repeat of the hard copy letters they received in December.
