To update your name with AAPC, follow these steps:
Ensure you have your government-issued photo ID ready. Please note that there are different requirements for name changes depending on whether you are in the U.S. or internationally.
Complete the name change application on this form.
Submit the necessary documents as required by AAPC.
After submitting your application, please allow 3-5 business days for AAPC to process your request.
