MACRA resources

The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) accomplished several bipartisan goals – one being to repeal the problematic sustainable growth rate (SGR) formula used to calculate Medicare payment updates to physicians and replace it with a quality-based program that focuses on performance and effectiveness as a metric for medical reimbursements.
