Jessica began her career in healthcare over 20 years ago at Blue Cross of Idaho working in both provider relations and claims. After several years she transitioned to practice management and has managed in both small, privately owned as well as large multi-specialty hospital-owned practices. She has spent over 20 years refining her expertise in practice management with a strong focus in revenue cycle management for practices of all sizes. Jessica also has in-depth knowledge of the credentialing and contracting process as well as experience in reimbursement analysis. Jessica is a national speaker and author. In her current role as Director of Operations with AAPC Services she works with a variety of clients helping them improve their revenue cycle processes.

Desiree Diggins-Brooks, BSHIM, RHIT, CPMA, CCS-P is the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at AAPC Audit Services. She began her healthcare career in 2009 as a medical assistant before finding her niche in revenue cycle management. She earned an associate degree in health information technology and a bachelor’s degree in health information management. She is a multispecialty coder/auditor.
