Wiki ZP8 Denial Reason

Has anyone ever seen an EOB with a denial reason code ZP8? I work for a PT/OT office and we have two patients with this denial. I've tried calling BCBS of Rhode Island and they tell me that it's an error, but then the claim keeps denying with the same reason code. If you have any experience or information, please let me know! Thank you in advance!
