Wiki Zoladex for Ovarian Suppression in premenopausal women?

I am curious to know how people are coding for Zoladex when given for ovarian suppression for premenopausal women starting chemo or an AI? In the past we have used the Z codes Z31.84 for fertility preservation prior to tx and Z79.818 for the use of Zoladex along with the Breast CA codes. We never used to have issues with this, but recently we are starting to get denials and issues with authorizations.

Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.
