We have a patient that was seen in the hospital and was not having chest pain, however does have a history of a stent. I'm unable to locate the correct Z code for history of coronary stent to add to my other codes. I was wondering if anyone knew if the correct code is Z95.5? If this is correct, any idea where I could locate information that states this? Thanks!!!
