Wiki XS modifier for twins

Currently I use modifier 59 to differentiate between Twin A and Twin B when doing the same ultrasound procedure on separtate babies. Should I now start using the XS modifier for separate structure?

Separate patients

If you have two different patients you should not need any modifier.
