Wiki Xray of Shunt in baby

I know that you can code a chest and ab. in a babygram and when coding non-contrast shunts in an adult you code by anatomical site. How about when viewing a shunt in a child? As the tubing is in the head and ab. can you code a skull and ab. xray? If so is there any documentaionon this are does this basically fall under the anatomical site guideline?
