Wiki xray modifier

So, I am doing this coding test and one I am not sure of.
A patient comes into his doctors office for an xray "only" appointment. Does it get a 26 or TC modifier or none.
My thought is TC due to not being seen by the provider that day to read.

I would say no modifier. 26 is used when the equipment is not yours - for the professional reading only
The question I would ask myself is was it your equipment, is your physician going to interpret the findings?
if so it would be bill for reimbursement of a total component.
