Wiki Xofigo billing

I have seen different guidelines for billing Xofigo treatments. One states you can not bill treatment planning or dosimetry calculations; the other states it is acceptable. Where can I locate the exact guidelines for this?

The clinic I work for bills for Xofigo. I am not sure about finding specific guidelines, but we bill the A9606 and 79101 with success. We receive a development request from CMS and respond with the requested information and receive payment every time.

Hi Rachel, I see that you received a payment every time, which is great I've been looking for some guidelines or learning how to bill this procedure, and recently I see the nurses are adding the waste portion of the medication procedure the question is are you adding or report the waste of medication of Xofigo or how you do you? your help or comment is appreciated.
