Wiki XLIF - anterior Lumbar interbody fusion

I am a payer and I received a bill for 22558, 64999, 22845, 22851, 69990, & 20936.
I question why a provider would bill 22558 for the lumbar arthrodesis in addition to 64999 which they describe as the discectomy with decompression using the extreme lateral approach (XLIF).
