Hi all, I needed clarity on x-rays, it was my understanding that you are to use 73564 for bilateral xrays Lt and Rt since 73564 is complete for 4 views. And not 73564,lt and 73564,rt. Or should I be using just 73565 only? Any suggestions are appreciated.

73564 is a 4 view of one knee. if you have 4 views of each knee then you bill
73564 50, OR
73564 RT
73564 LT

The number of views listed by the code is for one limb or joint, if the code is for both limbs it will state bilateral or both in the description.
