I am in Wyoming and we just received a letter from BCBS-WY stating they are changing how they pay for allergy testing. We use the codes 95004, 95024, and 95027. For a normal Multi test (95004, 95024) we can bill up to 39 units for each code. For the code 95027, our IDT tests we can bill up to 234 units per code. I have attached the letter for what Wyoming is saying they are changing to. Can anyone help me decipher what they are saying and how I need to start billing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
