Dr did a wrist arthrogram ( which I know)

Then, he did (arthroscopically) a debridement of a scapholunate cyst, and some mild
fraying of the lunotriquetral ligament. Then a denervation of the posterior interosseous nerve. I know to use 29846, but will that include the denervation of the interosseous nerve? The report reads:

Through the 4 portal, we then used the shaver to debride the scapholunate ligament and remove all remnant of cyst and dorsal capsule until I opened the window through the tendons. The posterior interosseous nerve was identified in that region and shaved off.

This is the first time I have come across this. Please help . . . . . .
