Surgeon performed Arthrogram, triple injection, right wrist.
He states : A triple-injection arthrogram was performed with successful introduction of
venograph and dye into the distal capitate to scaphoid articulation. The dye was seen to course freely through the mid-carpal joint and into the proximal radiocarpal joint through the scapholunate ligament.
I know I use 73115 (arthrogram) and 25246 for the injection. My question is, since he states triple injection, do I charge 25246 3 times, or is it just once ?
Thank you for any help on this
