Wiki Wound Dressings

My ortho has been seeing patients that do not require any surgical intervention for wounds, but he has been applying dressings for these patients. Is there a way to bill HCPCS for these dressings? I know that the wound care is included in the E/M, but he is losing revenue on his materials.
