Hello - provider submitted 15132 & 15004. 15132 is bundled with 15004. I informed the provider and he suggests 14060-52. Is 14060 supported? How would you code this:
PROCEDURE:
Debridement of the wound commenced. Areas of prior eschar were trimmed away. The edges of the wound were completely trimmed away to "freshen" the edges of the wound. Some additional cautery was used inferiorly next to a larger vein that was encountered.
Following debridement, Burrows triangles were traced at the superior and inferior aspect of the wound in order to close the wound in a straight line. Length of incision measured 6.3 cm in total. This was brought together in multiple layers using 4-0 Vicryl deep suture 4-0 Vicryl dermal suture and 4-0 chromic suture for skin. The patient tolerated the procedure well. All sponge needle instrument counts were correct at the end of the case x 2. The patient was discharged home in good condition. Follow-up in 1 week.
